In the three person exhibit with Mark Messersmith and Anna Tomczak, Margaret Tolbert shows springs paintings from 1997 -2012. The paintings, ranging from the deep space of the early Springs Descent reflecting the prismatic empty space of Fanning springs of that time, to the most recent charged space of the Well paintings from Silver Glen springs, are inspired by the magnificent freshwater springs of Silver Glen, Ginnie, Cypress , Gilchrist Blue, Icnhetucknee, Rainbow, Silver Springs, and others.
